I have a love/hate relationship with my condo. I love condo living because of the absolute absence of any yardwork. Nothing like doing whatever I want every weekend, without having to worry about the grass, trees or garden. The hate part comes in when they come down on my with their rules and regulations. Take for example my choice in television service. For years I’ve wanted to get the NFL Sunday Ticket, but its near impossible to get Direct TV in my condo. I may fight them on this though, as I have a private balcony that faces south. According to some new FCC rulings, there is nothing they can do about me putting the dish on my patio.
