What level of protein intake should I be looking at to increase my weight from 11st to 13st. Obviously I need to add more carbohydrates to my diet and train appropriately, however I am confused as to what to aim for. Most sites suggest around 150g per day but this seems a tad excessive. I have started supplementing with maximuscle cyclone and this is helping a great deal although I do seem to be ploughing through it quite quickly! I will keep searching but I don’t think I can afford ££ to be consuming any more although it does mix and taste well.
