I am not sure what has happened over the last couple of months but as a professional fitness instructor, I have to admit that it is quite embarrassing that I am so winded by the time I get through about half of my routine. I never had this problem before and while I am trying to correct it on my own, I need help fast in the meantime. I looked up the Accelerate Fitness Equipment FAQ and it is reported that it is to help out with the stamina department and at this point I think it is worth the experiment if it could change my classes.
