If you want to achieve a perfect jumping ability you must follow these exercises for how to jump higher. The first one is strengthen your ankles by doing ankle hops. Walk around on your heels without letting the ball of your foot touch the floor. Start stretches working mostly on the hamstrings, quads, hip-flexors and glutes and calves. Using your tip toes, stand on a spot for a couple of minutes. Run or walk on your tip toes for 20 minutes. Do 100 squats. Complete by doing 10 sets of 10 repetitions. Do however many calf raises you can. When you’re in good shape, you should do above 200.
