I have been using an all in one product called maximuscle cyclone over the last two months and it has really made a difference. I would always recommend the strawberry and chocolate flavours. They are the best of a bad bunch to be totally honest and I would leave the vanilla flavour well alone. I always do some research into the products I take, I think if you are putting something in to your body you should make sure it is the best in the business. I have really enjoyed the benefit of increasing the amount of protein in my diet and I have seen positive.
