More Secret Information
Here are some more examples of what I call secret information, which means things that are not commonly known and with those who prefer to keep it that way.
1. Open houses are not for selling your home. The primary purpose of an open house is to find new buyer prospects for the hosting agent. An open house works well for this, but not for selling a house.
2. Diamonds values are artificially inflated. You might know that the diamond supply is regulated to maintain artificially high prices, but now there are also manufactured diamonds that are so perfect that the natural ones are being engraved with identification numbers so you know you’re getting a “real” diamond. Of course the factory diamonds are just as real, and perhaps more beautiful.
