I’m not sure who started the whole "Insert X here For Dummies" craze, but it needs to move beyond the informational realm and into the activities realm. I need ballet classes for dummies. I decided a while back that I wanted to get in shape, and increase my flexibility, etc. I read online somewhere that ballet was great for that, and there are even classes available for adults. Wonderful! I thought. It turns out that even beginning ballet is hard… really hard. In fact, after the first night I knew there was no way that I was going to be able to be successful. I’m on the hunt for a book that will tell me how to do ballet, but in an easy way.. without all the pain and discomfort, and the tights!
