Why is My Dog Doing This?
My dog began a bad habit that I am not happy with. She decided to make the upstairs hallway her potty area! Whenever I leave the house, I come home to find a puddle in the upstairs hall. She has never done anything like this before so I am not sure where this dog behavior is coming from. I decided since she is only doing this when I am away, maybe it is her way of telling me she is not pleased to be left alone. I purchased a baby gate which I put up at the bottom of the stairs when I leave to prevent her from going upstairs when I’m away. Problem solved!
