We have three kids and we try to ensure the water they consume is safe. Tap water has come a long way, but their is still too much bad stuff in it, such as chlorine, minerals, etc. So for years we have had bottled water delivered to our home. Well our kids drink lots of water now, but the bill just keeps climbing. Last month we spent more on our water than our car insurance! This is what prompted my money conscious wife to invest in water filters. Now we just use the kitchen sink for our drinking water. Let me tell you, water filters pay for themselves in the first month!
