My brother and his wife just bought a fixer upper home.  Most of the rooms are in good shape, except for one of the bathrooms and the kitchen is outdated, but at least everything works.  They can’t afford to get everything made over at once, so they decided to start with the important room - the bathroom.  It is a nice big bathroom and the only one in the house.  They called up an Interior Decorator in Maryland to help them decide on how to makeover the room.  The designer had all sorts of ideas and is willing to work with them through the entire project.  I am anxious to see what it looks like when it is finished.
