Last year when I was getting ready to buy a house, I had my brother come and look at them with me, He has worked as a home inspector for many years, and I knew that if there was a problem he would be able to spot it quickly. At the first house, he said that it was average, and on the second house, he noticed that there appeared to be some old water damage. At the last house we looked at, he said that the garage floor needed to be refinished, but other than that the house was in great shape. I am enjoying my new home!
