A Cotbed Made It So Much Easier With Our Second Child
With our first child we started him off in a moses basket, then moved onto a cot and finally into a junior bed. Both of these transitions go down in memory as traumatic times, it’s never nice to hear you baby cry constantly and we had many sleepless nights establishing a new system. With our second child we didn’t want to face that again so we bought a cotbed, the thinking being that we would not be changing his bed, just adapting it. We were nervous when the big day came to convert the cot to a bed, but apart for a little surprised face the move went incredibly smoothly, with an air of excitement in fact. What a difference, what a much better experience, I would definitely recommend a cotbed if you have the room for it.
