You Will Need:
2 cups roasted peanuts
1 egg (raw)
1/4 cup sugar–free maple syrup
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a non–stick pan covered with foil.
Wisk egg (white only) until foamy. Add all ingredients left except peanuts. While continuing to wisk, add peanuts and coat with mixture. In single layer spread on baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until dry. Yields 8 (1/4 cup) servings.
