In order to build the best physique it will require doing the best muscle building techniques. There must be a balance between form and movement.  The best techniques are those that use more than one muscle over a small series of movements. Try something like a squat and shoulder press combination to build a broad spectrum of muscle in a very intense muscle building technique. First place a barbell with light weight across your shoulders behind your neck and bend your knees like you’re having a seat to perform a squat. Then raise up to the beginning position, once standing raise the barbell above your head to perform the shoulder press and last bring your arms back down to your shoulder back in beginning position and repeat.
