I need stronger bones
One of the main vitamins I have been hearing about lately is Vitamin K2. Apparently, it has a way of transferring calcium deposits found in your arteries to places that you need it most, like the bones. I know I have been looking for something to make my bones stronger. I just seem to have bones that are not as strong as other people. I have broken so many bones, it is not funny anymore. I think the hospital emergency room knows me by name when I come in because I have been there so many times in the last few years.
