I have high cholesterol and considered taking drugs to lower the levels but my doctor told me to try to lower it myself before taking drugs by using cholesterol supplements. I found that most of these supplements contained the daily recommended allowance of Omega 3 fatty fish oil, something that I didn’t get enough of, as well as fiber. I found that even if I tried to eat the right foods, I still lacked the full amount that was needed to lower my cholesterol. So that is why I choose the supplements that worked well for me and can work well for anyone else, too.
