So i have been looking at different methods for packing on  muscle. I am thinking about joining our college wrestling team, but the coach says I am too small for my weight class. I am hoping that by next season I’ll be in shape. Anyway, I came across an ad for Muscle Gaining Secrets by Jason Ferrugia. Has anyone heard of this guy or his methods? I need to know because I want to order his book as soon as possible if it turns out that it is good. The new season starts in about 4 months, and I want to be ready.
