I seem to have been born with a Slow Metabolism. Is there anything I can do about this, or am I just stuck with it? I am trying to figure out whether or not there is any way to speed up my metabolism a bit so that I can indulge a bit more often without having to be really careful for a long time afterwards if I don’t want to gain weight. I hate having to always watch what I eat if I don’t want to gain weight. I am already near the highest healthy weight for my height, so I definitely don’t want to get any bigger.
