I think that the title of the course was Communication and the number one aspect of communicating effectively depends on your listening skills. Even today in the world as a professional sales person, I am constantly reading sales blogs that talk about the same thing. If you are truly listening to your clients needs then the rest of your job should fall into place. Listen to what your customer needs and not what you think they may need. You will have a satisfied customer every time.
