Managua’s winding streets and dusty curbsides are all that is seen driving from one side of town to the other.  The construction kicks up more dust downtown where it has been abandoned by most residents since the earthquake of 1972.  Old museums, and current plazas and government buildings are that habitat the Property in Nicaragua in downtown Managua by the Lake of Managua.  The buildings were very obviously large and some were even three stories which were odd to see back in the seventies in this country.  Nicaragua real estate does not even touch this area of the country as if it were a shrine to the past.
