I am enrolled in a voice class, the entire course is centered around singing lead and backup vocals. The talent among my classmates is incredible, I think sometimes I learn as much from them as the instructor.  We practice a lot of vocals exercises during class which funny to say the least. A classmate asked the teacher how he could learn to sing deep. I thought he was kidding but she went on to tell him that he actually could train himself to sing deeper. The Instructor explained the object to a deeper and richer voice was standing as straight as possible and singing from the diaphragm.
