More Than Just Weights
I have worked out for a long time, you know pumped the old iron. I have built some good muscle mass but I can’t seem to achieve the look I truly want. I over heard a conversation between two trainers who body build and look great. They were talking about Bodybuilding Nutrition. Yes, you read it right nutrition. Without the right balance and diet you won’t achieve the goals you have set. You need to have a balance of carbohydrates, proteins and some healthy fat. You can lift weights all day but with out the right fuel for your body you will never get the results you desire.
