My Journey Into Yoga
Everyone always talks about how great yoga is, but I wasn’t sure whether to believe them or not. I was just having a hard time believing that this would be the exercise that would change my life. Doing Hatha yoga postures for an hour really didn’t seem like a good workout. But, I decided to give it a whirl. Last week, I went to the class and found it to be rather relaxing. It was fairly easy to do, even though I’d never done yoga a day in my life. The next day, I even felt a little bit of muscle strain like I did my body some good.
