When I went to school to be a surgical technologist, I pictured myself working in a hospital operating room. That is where I am currently working, however. My favorite wine of all time would have to be the Argentinean Wine. If you have the opportunity to really experience their wine you are in for a treat. In my experience they take such care and precision to their wine. Their climate is one that is very hard to duplicate so the varietals that come from this region are hard to duplicate elsewhere. As of late, I have been hearing a lot about the Malbec wine which seems to be making a resurgence on the North American market. I am looking forward to when it is available from our local wine merchant.
